About the recommended minimum
The recommended minimum token pool is based on your institution's member count and recent usage history. Keeping your pool at or above this amount helps make sure members don't fall back to the free daily allowance before your billing cycle resets.
Limit balance
Your institution's monthly token pool is shared across all non-owner members. Each member's token limit (set per role) caps how much of the pool a single person can draw in any 5-hour window. When the pool runs out, members fall back to the free allowance until the next billing cycle.
